Cape Coral Renewable Alternative Energy Company, Fafco Solar, announces the hiring of "green architect", Robert Andrys, specializing in green building technologies.

CAPE CORAL, FL, March 07, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Cape Coral Renewable Alternative Energy Company, Fafco Solar, has added "Green Architect" Robert Andrys to their team. It is fair to say that Andrys was the first "greenie" in Lee County, as the founding member of the FGCU green team and past President and founding member of the Florida Green Building Coalition. He also founded and actively participates in A.L.V.A. Inc. a local civic organization that works to promote smart growth options for Alva, Florida.

Green Architect, Andrys now brings his extensive knowledge of green building technologies and renewable energy to Fafco Solar (http://www.FafcoSolar.com). In addition to his position with Fafco, Andrys' firm, Robert A. Andrys Architect, Inc. specializes in sustainable building designs that respond to the unique semi-tropic environment of Southwest Florida designing commercial buildings, shopping centers, multifamily and single family homes and municipal buildings. Central to his practice has been the design of green homes and commercial buildings as well as master planned green communities.

Andrys built his home in Alva, FL. He currently resides with his wife Sandy on 10 acres, which they share with their four horses, four dogs, three cats, and two parrots. In his spare time, Rob enjoys traveling, kayaking, biking and writing. He has also written a children's book, "A Bayou Christmas Tale", which went on sale for the 2007 holidays.
