PRC Appoints Ken Pelissero as Vice President Controller
Veteran accounting executive appointed Vice President Controller of PRC, LLC, a global outsourced Business Solutions Provider headquartered in Plantation, Florida


PLANTATION, FL, June 20, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- PRC, LLC, a leading provider of outsourced customer contact management services, announced that Ken B. Pelissero has been appointed Vice President Controller. Pelissero is a veteran professional executive with 14 years of leadership and management success in consulting, industry and business, complemented by 15 years of public accounting experience. According to Tom Garrett, PRC's Executive Vice President and CFO, Pelissero will be responsible for all accounting, billing, payables, tax and payroll functions of the company, will serve as the company's chief accounting officer and will manage all external audit work.

Prior to joining PRC, Pelissero worked for five years as a consultant for Robert Half Management Resources, the world's first and largest specialized financial staffing firm, where he provided intricate pre-audit and financial services to numerous national and international corporations, including M&A related engagements.

Pelissero earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Wilfrid Laurier University in Ontario, Canada. He is a Canadian Chartered Accountant and his professional affiliations include the Institute of Chartered Accounts of Ontario, the Financial Executive Institute and in 2002 he was recognized by the International Who's Who of Professionals and The International Executive Guild.
