Homebuilder Hires Three New Home Consultants


JACKSONVILLE, FL, June 17, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Jacksonville division of Lennar, one of the strongest names in the homebuilding industry, is pleased to announce that it has expanded its team with the addition of three New Home Consultants (NHC). Cal Williams will serve as NHC at Willowcove at Nocatee, Edward Zoller as NHC for Hamilton Glen at Oakleaf Plantation and Sam Schneider as NHC for Coventry at Oakleaf Plantation. In their new roles these three associates will help guide prospective homebuyers through the home purchasing process.

Williams is a Jacksonville native and currently serves as the Chairman for the Northeast Florida Builders Association Sales and Marketing Council. He will be assisting prospective homebuyers at Willowcove at Nocatee, one of the most sought after addresses in the Northeast Florida region. Situated in Ponte Vedra, Willowcove at Nocatee features eight new home designs ranging from 2,361 to 3,236 square feet.

Zoller comes to the Lennar Jacksonville division from Beazer Homes where he served as the Vice President of Purchasing and later moved into Real Estate Sales becoming one of Beazer Jacksonville's top sales agents. He will be assisting prospective homebuyers at Lennar's Hamilton Glen at Oakleaf Plantation. This Orange Park community features three new and distinctive single-family home designs ranging from 1,828 to 2,239 square feet.

Schneider is a Flagler College alum and Jacksonville native who has won numerous awards for his sales and management expertise. He will be assisting prospective homebuyers at Lennar's townhome community Coventry at Oakleaf Plantation. This community features three floor plan designs ranging from 1,533 to 1,632 square feet.
